Your role
Parts Technician
As a Parts Technician, you'll do more than pull parts. You'll keep the whole shop moving. The right part, at the right time, with accurate documentation, is what turns a diagnosis into a repair — and a repair into uptime. Our technicians, service advisors, and customers all depend on the precision of your work.
At Mach 6, a part isn't just inventory. It's a commitment to a timeline, a customer, and a piece of equipment that needs to get back to work.
What you'll work on
- Parts lookup, sourcing and ordering for heavy trucks and equipment
- Receiving, stocking and inventory control
- Supporting technicians at the counter and in the bays
- Coordinating parts timelines with service advisors
- Building supplier and distributor relationships
- Pricing, quoting and margin accuracy
- Cores, warranty parts and returns — tracked and closed out
- Keeping the parts room organized and audit-ready

Qualifications
- Experience in heavy-duty, agricultural or industrial parts
- Journeyman Parts Technician or Apprentice an asset — not required
- Accuracy and attention to detail under pressure
- Comfortable with parts catalogues, inventory software and digital tools
- Professional communication skills
- Mechanical curiosity and willingness to learn
